Here’s some easy diet tips that achieve massive weight loss results. I give you some shortcut ways to cheat ordinary fat loss and make it happen fast and easy. Within weeks of implementing them you will be seeing some major improvements.
- Eat as you normally do, but add more vegetables and fruits to your diet. In other words, eat big foods that are low in calories. Foods like broccoli, sweet potatoes, apples, et cetera are simple items that are considered high volume foods. They have the crowding out affect on other–sometimes unhealthy–foods, so you will eat less of them.
- When you start working out, start slowly and do not get discouraged if you do not reach your fitness goals after one week. Do not try to push your body too much in the first few goes, you are likely to end up with injury to your body and to your ego.
- Studies prove that the more you sleep, the better your weight loss. There are conflicting reasons as to why that is, it just works. This does not mean that you should suddenly become lazy. Take a nap during the day or get an extra half to three-quarter hours of sleep at night.
- Breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day. And it should be the only big meal you eat; all your other meals should be small ones. Even if you do not feel hungry when you wake up, you need a big breakfast so you do not play calorie catch-up later.
- Burning more calories than you consume is the formula for losing weight. You would be surprised what you lose by eating less and exercising a little more. If you feel like you aren’t losing as much or as fast as you want, it’s simply a matter of adding more physical activity within reason.
- During this process, if you gain back any weight, the last thing you want to do is to feel bad about yourself. Don’t throw in the towel and eat everything in sight. Pick up the tools that I have given here, they have helped in the past, and if you apply them again (food logs, calorie watching, exercising) they will work again.
